Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jl886 website accessible at jl886.net, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any application or software made available by jl886 for the purpose of accessing its services.
• "jl886," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to offer online gaming services to eligible players within the Philippines.
• "You," "Player," or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jl886 or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing jl886's registration process, through which access to games and financial transactions is managed.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted to a Player by jl886, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process that jl886 is required to conduct under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating all gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond jl886's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, or power outages.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jl886 Platform, creating an Account, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jl886's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting jl886 customer support.

jl886 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl886 will provide no less than seven (7) calendar days' advance notice via the registered email address on your Account and via an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jl886 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension pending verification.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful. While jl886 is a Philippines-licensed operator, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform complies with the laws of your location at the time of access.
3. You are not employed by jl886, nor are you an immediate family member of any jl886 employee, affiliate, or business partner involved in the operation of the Platform.
4. You are not self-excluded from jl886 or from any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform under a self-exclusion order that remains active.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
6. You have not previously had an Account terminated by jl886 for any breach of these Terms, unless jl886 has expressly reinstated your eligibility in writing.

Account Registration

4.1 — Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) active Account on jl886 at any given time. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, jl886 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered Account and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with the duplicate Account(s).

4.2 — Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and the forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jl886 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify jl886 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 — KYC Verification

jl886 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence) and proof of residential address. jl886 may request additional documentation at any time, including for ongoing transaction monitoring purposes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

jl886 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform's banking page, which may be updated from time to time. All transactions on jl886 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 — Deposits

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your jl886 Account in real time. Bank transfers via Instapay are typically credited within minutes, subject to the processing capabilities of your issuing bank. jl886 does not impose any processing fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which jl886 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Account holders who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. jl886 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff for verified GCash and PayMaya accounts. Processing times for bank transfers are subject to Instapay and PESONet schedules and the operational hours of the receiving institution.

5.4 — Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours, that they are not derived from any unlawful activity, and that the payment method belongs to you personally. jl886 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 — Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. jl886 will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee, as published in the Platform's fee schedule. Dormant Account processing will comply at all times with applicable Philippine consumer protection regulations.

Bonuses & Promotions

jl886 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to natural persons only. Corporate entities, syndicates, and groups acting in concert are not eligible for jl886 promotions.
• Only one promotion may be claimed per bonus offer per Account, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's specific terms.
• jl886 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where jl886 reasonably suspects that a promotion is being abused. In such cases, jl886 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Members.
• Where any inconsistency exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in their respective terms. Unclaimed or unconverted Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account without further notice.

Gameplay Rules

7.1 — Game Integrity

All games available on jl886 — including live dealer tables, slots, sports betting markets, and bingo — operate under rules published within each game's respective interface. jl886's live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Slot titles operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and verified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of audit and may be updated following subsequent review cycles.

7.2 — Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data transmission failure that affects the outcome of a game round or the recording of a wager, jl886 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance. jl886 is not liable for any losses — including loss of winnings — arising from technical malfunctions beyond jl886's direct control.

7.3 — Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all game types and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. jl886 may amend stake limits at any time with reasonable notice. High-value wagering may require additional verification in accordance with jl886's enhanced due diligence procedures.

7.4 — Betting Disputes

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the recorded data held on jl886's servers shall constitute the primary and authoritative record. Players may raise a dispute by contacting jl886 customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl886 Platform. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person without jl886's explicit written consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker or coordinating betting patterns across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software glitches, mathematical errors, or pricing mistakes in sports betting markets. Any wagers placed on erroneous odds or game states may be voided at jl886's sole discretion.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening conduct directed at jl886 staff, dealers, or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful, where jl886 has explicitly blocked access, or using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic wagering strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to participate in games in good faith.

Responsible Gaming

jl886 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. jl886 provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, accessible directly from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your active session reaches a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding you of elapsed playing time and net gaming activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jl886 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl886 or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without jl886's prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used on the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights notice on the Platform.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, sublicensing, or creating competing products or services.

Any unauthorised use of jl886's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl886's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl886 shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from game outcomes, system errors, or Platform unavailability.
• Loss of data, including Account history or wager records, arising from events beyond jl886's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligible use or provision of false information.
• Any loss arising from Force Majeure events, including telecommunications outages, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters.
• Any loss suffered as a result of a third party gaining unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl886's liability for death or personal injury caused by jl886's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited under Philippine law.

Termination

12.1 — Termination by jl886

jl886 may suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice if jl886 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, that you are engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct, or that continuation of your Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to jl886. Upon termination for cause, jl886 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.

12.2 — Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting jl886 customer support. Upon verification of your identity, jl886 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money Balance to your verified withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.3 — Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account — whether by jl886 or by your own request — your licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and governing law) shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the jl886 Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jl886 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through jl886's internal complaint resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: Contact jl886 customer support via live chat or at [email protected]. jl886 will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate the matter in writing to jl886's compliance team. jl886 will review the escalation within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the matter remains unresolved following Step 2, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's designated dispute resolution channel.

Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
